SHIPPING

All orders are shipped on an FOB warehouse term.  Most items typically ship within 2-7 business days, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as they are shipped out. You can usually expect delivery within 5-15 business days, after you receive your tracking number, depending on destination and chosen shipping method.  Freight Cost is To be determined after packing and ready to ship

RETURNS

At Camelot Fabrics®, we want you to be completely satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days of date of purchase (unless otherwise specified in your agreement with Camelot Fabrics®).

Please note that we can not accept returns on clearance sale items or fabrics that have been cut to your specifications.

Refunds:
Once the return is accepted, you will be credited accordance with your agreement with Camelot Fabrics®. Returns will be credited via the original form of payment two to three weeks after they are received at our warehouse.

Exchange:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to initiate the process.
