All orders are shipped on an FOB basis.

Appropriate taxes and shipping/freight fees will be applied at the time of invoice. A copy of your invoice will be emailed to you. For questions contact info@camelotfabrics.com  

At Camelot Fabrics®, we want you to be completely satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days of date of purchase (unless otherwise specified in your agreement with Camelot Fabrics®).

Please note that we can not accept returns on clearance sale items or fabrics that have been cut to your specifications.

Refunds:
Once the return is accepted, you will be credited accordance with your agreement with Camelot Fabrics®. Returns will be credited via the original form of payment two to three weeks after they are received at our warehouse.

Exchange:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to initiate the process.
